MAKASSAR – The Forestry Study Programme, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, participated in the Management Review Meeting (RTM) for the Internal Quality Audit (AMI) for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, held on Wednesday, 30 September 2026, in the Hall of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar.
This activity forms part of the Faculty of Agriculture's commitment to strengthening the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and ensuring that the results of the Internal Quality Audit serve as the basis for continuously improving the quality of higher education delivery.
For the Forestry Study Programme, the RTM represents a strategic momentum to review audit results, evaluate the achievement of quality standards, and formulate improvement measures across various aspects of programme delivery. This evaluation is a crucial part of ensuring that the implementation of the higher education tridharma—education, research, and community service—aligns with established standards.
Through this forum, the AMI results are expected not merely to be an administrative evaluation document but also to serve as a tangible instrument for improvement in programme management, particularly in the aspects of education and learning, research, community service, as well as governance and documentation of academic quality.
The Forestry Study Programme also regards the follow-up to audit results as an essential part of strengthening a culture of quality. Every audit finding and recommendation must be followed up through a measurable Follow-up Action Plan (RTL), with the establishment of improvement priorities, responsible parties, and mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating its implementation.
The implementation of this RTM aligns with the Forestry Study Programme's efforts to enhance the effectiveness of SPMI application, strengthen accountability in academic management, and drive consistent and continuous improvement in programme quality.
Through the shared commitment of faculty leadership, programme managers, and the quality assurance team, the Forestry Study Programme at Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar is expected to become increasingly capable of realising academic governance that is high-quality, adaptive, and oriented towards sustainable quality improvement.
The RTM is not merely an evaluation forum but a strategic step to ensure that every audit result becomes the foundation for the continuous improvement and enhancement of the Forestry Study Programme's quality.
